Captain, I bet media is going to move to Windows me, Pocket PC, Intel earnings, MSFT earnings in a week or so and at least for the short term, this DOJ thing is forgotten. Pretty much all analysts will be forced to increase EPS and growth estimates for MSFT and fund managers will buy like vultures. Shorts will be left in the dust licking their wounds.

Judge Jackson should be determining penalties and remedies soon. I can't imaging buying in big until that decision is known. Way too much risk.
