Walter et al,

I have tried in the past to mention that the insider sales was alarming. It has always been refuted here.

I am not sure if the holdings numbers are accurate to the day, but it seems that Falk has sold every share he has received/bought up to this point to the tune of over TWO MILLION DOLLARS. And depending on the details perhaps over 5 mil.

Obviously he is not afraid to show his complete lack of faith in the EDIG stock going higher. Even if he didn't sell all the way down to ZERO ( I think it is Possible that this is erroneous information), he sure sold a lot of shares didn't he?

Course, maybe his kid needed braces???

Wow... if those numbers are right, I would be willing to propose that the majority of EDIG insiders hold less shares than several members of this thread... (Putnam being an exception for now).

Any of you out there play poker? My friends and I would just *love* to have you over for a few dollar games... the beer is on me!

regards,
cAPSLOCK

In the example provided, it looks like the ETN VPs are exercising their options just in time for the earnings announcement and the EDIG officers are filing just in time to sale their shares before the earnings announcement.

Oh well, I must say that I like the new Yahoo format for INSIDER TRADING.
