This market bounce back is on light volume. Sellers will eventually drive it down. ARBA continues to flounder; can't hold its gains.

I wans't referring to anyone's brother. Are you sure you know what kind of degree he has?

I was referring to most government workers who are supposed to be serving the public taxpayers but more often than not, serve each other and themselves. Performance is not a requirement to keep their job.

If you feel your service in the government falls under this, so be it.
