Thanks 'Worm.

This is not something I have in depth knowledge of so any correction would be welcome, but it appears to me that HWP was going nowhere fast until it spun off Agilent (gotta love that name). Now as it retains a majority interest in Agilent, HWP is taking off based on Agilent's potential and stock appreciation. IMHO, what's left of HWP is as desirable as CPQ - it looks like a stick in the mud. This is unlocking shareholder value.

With TYC we are going to get 2 outstanding IPO's - one in undersea fiber and the other in wireless. TYC will retain a majority interest in each. Since the rest of TYC's businesses are healthy and growing at decent organic clips, shouldn't we expect at least similar performance to HWP?
