White shoes, I really do not know why some people always seems to have such a heated point of view. I doubt anyone would say that YHOO is a fraud with a billion bucks plus on the top line, on the other hand, lot od people may say that creative accounting is used to support a very high valuation and that excessive use (50% of the outstanding shares?) of options is made to the detriment of the public stock holders. These are valid criticisms and not necessarily painting the company as "fraud". Zeev
