Terror:

The Intel 10K for 1999 filed 3/23/00 shows 4.5 billion shares authorized, and 3.334 billion outstanding. Not even room for a 3:2, let alone a 2:1, not without a shareholder approval to increase the number of authorized shares.

Anyone know when the AGM is, or if it's happened, when it was? And if it's already happened, was there a resolution to increase the number of shares authorized?
