OT

I had my first job as an adult in Paterson in 1969, on an assembly line at Continental Can Company, plant 48. I also saw Allen Ginsberg read his poetry at the Paterson library (my father helped him study his Haftorah).

I have a certain respect for the city, its travails and fascinating history.

Hopefully we can put the whole subject behind us now and go back to SNDK; which continued its recovery today while I purchased an additional 300 shares. Happy to do my part.

Another victory!

Don't know the particulars of the motion, but it seems like another victory for SanDisk:

From the court docket -

ORDER by Mag. Judge Phyllis J. Hamilton denying defendant's motion to compel plaintiff to provide an adequate response to Lexar's Interrogatory No. 4 [223-1] (Date Entered: 4/6/00) (cc: all counsel) [3:98-cv-01115]

Go SanDisk

Mike

OT - Aus, don't worry to much about insulting Paterson. I live about 5 miles away and I remember when I was a kid, there was a town called East Paterson and it was just East of the City of Paterson. Well, they didn't want to be associated with Paterson so they changed their name to Elmwood Park. They used the same initials so they didn't have to change the sewer covers in the road which were stamped with the letters "EP."

I always thought it would be great if Paterson then changed its name to West Elmwood Park, but it never happened. LOL
