I agree with you on that. Although with retailers you have the option of not using them and using their competition. Unfortunaly when you encounter an incompetent G Worker there are not many options. And god forbid you ask for their supervisor. Easiest way to get "blacklisted". Also most retailers will also compensate you for your trouble. When was the last time you saw a government worker admit their mistake let alone do something for the person that was so poorly serviced
