I was expecting one more p&d before the end, but the reaction to yesterdays press release leads me to think it's not going to happen. If LFT doesn't come through with piles of cash, they're looking at a downward revision of past reported earnings and the possibility that the auditors won't sign off - which means a move to the pink sheets. Then come the lawsuits. Hard to find many buyers with potential disaster looming like that. ...Mezz -
