Thanks for the feedback. That puts it in better perspective since the options committee of the board has 28m to work with. Mike R. said earlier in the year that they were trying to put 3000 additional people on the payroll most of whom will either get stock options or grants or (I presume) a right to buy shares as a percentage of their income. It is a win win situation IMO for shareholders and employees.
