Dear Gus: Well, provided the underlying business growth justifies it, I think there is value in reducing the average cost of the shares through splits. Its human nature people seem to like to buy round lots, plus traders are looking to make small increments on their investment. I think it would tend to increase the volume of trades daily and perhaps even spread out the ownership more although I suppose I agree that at this level the last comment is not that important anymore. JDN
