The MSFT monopoly case is just part of a larger pattern of regulatory agencies and courts using extortion to force companies to warp their legal business practices to conform to the dictates of various pressure groups. These groups have been frustrated in their attempts to accomplish their aims through the proper legislative channels.

The question is how much of this abuse can the productive sector take before the prosperity engine boggs down. Always today the question is "Who's Next?".

The WSJ quoted some state AG (Governor wanabee) who was hinting it was time to go after the latex rubber industry.
