NDX-100 is still not out of the woods yet in my opinion; it does look like it wants to go much higher though.

Stephen: Anyone watching level two on some of the big techs like CSCO and SUNW have witnessed major "spoofing" the last hour on these stocks on both the bid and ask. There should be a law against this crap! Having said that it looks like dmp is going to add to his profits on the CSCO and SUNW as they appear to be being bid up my MMs...but when there is this much spoofing (fake bids or asks) involved I am always leery...<ng> Regards, LG
