TEXNE SEA PATCH ENTHUSIASM RUNS HIGH AT HAZMAT Fort Worth, TX, April 7, 2000, Ken Wilson, Chairman of 21st Century Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: TEXNE), formerly (OTCBB: TEXN) texn.com is pleased to announce that the HAZMAT Conference nrt.org was a success with prominent industry exposure. Sea Patch interest and enthusiasm ran high at HAZMAT. U.S. Coast Guard personnel were in attendance from all over the country, many there just to see demonstrations of the Sea Patch. The Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Trident Technologies Corp had the largest booth at HAZMAT, well positioned at the entrance of the exhibit hall for optimum traffic. Trident was also sponsor of a conference segment in the exhibit hall lobby where participants received literature on Trident products like the Sea Patch. The Great Lakes Commission, operators of the show, handed out custom imprinted CD cases to all show attendees. With Trident's sponsorship, Sea Patch info was featured inside each CD case. Next month the Trident team will be attending the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) in Houston otcnet.org. A new Trident booth is currently under construction for OTC that will be made of polished diamond tread aluminum featuring the engraved company name and logo on the horizontal as well as the vertical columns. This year 45,000 attendees are expected at OTC. Offshore and marine industry representatives who purchase and/or recommend purchases of products such as the Sea Patch will be in attendance. Like at HAZMAT, Trident will again be a sponsor at OTC with a company banner at the attendee registration table with directions to the Sea Patch system at Booth # 7970. Although the Sea Patch is easy enough to be applied by anyone on the vessel if the leak is above the water, and any diver if it is below the water, there have been many requests for a Trident Response Team. Training for the team is currently underway so that all members will have the appropriate training and requirements needed to respond to any leak situation. A fully trained Trident Response Team is scheduled to be in place by the first of summer.
