Re: Which one of you bought 500 contacts of 85's at 2 1/4

Kenith,
I've been sitting tight since I made my purchases. Right now, I'm working on a way to roll my April options in to July/October/Jan options. I have to come up with the best way to avoid taxes this year. I'm already going to be stuck with about $60,000 short terms off of the April options.

PS- Looks like the momentum players are dumping thier shares before the weekend, I don't think we'll get our $75 today.

Kenith, re: < Which one of you bought 500 contacts of 85's at 2 1/4?

Well, I made a big boo-boo right before the closing of the market. I thought I was entering a sell order to sell the Apr85 calls, but instead I entered a buy order for 200 contracts at 2 1/4. :^{ By the time I noticed it, the order went through, because my limit price was set close to the ask price.

Now I'm a worried owner of very risky 400 Apr 85 calls. Hopefully, I will come out of it OK on Monday. I badly need an update from any big brokerage houses by Monday morning.

My broker has a limit of 200 options max for any underlying stock. My broker's online software usually blocks any buy orders that amount for more than 200 options including any existing ones. This time, for some reason the order went through. I must have been a victim of a bug in their software ;^)

Regards,
Goutama
