SNLV- Fwiw, filed an NT-10K on 3/30/00 for year ending 12/31/99. Given the extension, they now have 15 calendar days to produce, that means it should be out on or before this coming Friday. Not sure what affect, if any, it might produce given that the prior merger deal fell through and any current dealings, or rumblings thereof, won't be included in the report. Just a heads-up :)

Theo;-)
P.S. I think this has already been discussed, but, no comments had been made. One of the very first signs of a "problem" bb stock is the sudden dismissal of their accounting firm. In SNLV's case, the point is made clear that there were NO discrepancies In any event, they filed on March 22, 2000 an 8-K dealing with the resignation of Kish Leake & Associates, P.C. as its principal accountant and auditors and simultaneously engaged Ed Horton & Company, LLC as its principal accountant and independent auditors for the year ending December 31, 1999.

And to further clarify:
"...there were no disagreements with Kish Leak & Associates, P.C. on any matters of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope and procedure which, if not resolved to the satisfaction of Kish Leake & Associates, P.C., would have caused Kish Leake & Associates, P.C. to make reference to the matter in their report. Further, there were no reportable events as that term is described in Item 304(a)(1)(v) of Regulation S-K...."
