Heard on CBC radio (4:35pm) that it was institutions revamping their index holdings and there is nothing to worry about. I wasn't watching but they said the TSE dropped 140 points or so right at the end of trading for this reason.

Cheers!

Hi everyone.......hope no one is getting margin calls (Bosco, are you holding?). NT appears to be holding up not too bad today......can't wait till the quarterly report. I suspect it will be good!

May be time to go shopping soon when the carnage is done?

The question of the day is WHEN to go bottom-fishing. Like a typical long-term holder, I am holding onto all my shares (as they are all long-term plays with very little debt, lots of cash, good technology, etc..........i.e. no chance of going out of business as result of market downturn -- assuming stock market doesn't create REAL WORLD depression!).
Could be some gems out there that I have wanted to invest for long-time but couldn't due to ridiculous valuation. Markets often overshoot so I am hoping that the market is going to over-correct and throw the baby out with the water!

Any suggestions?
