Be worried. Be very worried........ Please believe me when I tell you all that its not my intention to sound like a alarmist but the recent trading activity makes me nervous! Let me explain. To begin with, there is and continues to be a endless supply of Sungold shares available for under a dollar. Now, some shareholders, not many in my opinion, may still question as to why that is and why the share price didn't increase with the latest news release from last week since it did strongly suggest to everyone that both the Theme Park and HorsePower were rapidly approaching fruition. Well, it was positive news but clearly shareholders are still waiting for the blockbuster NR that will provide them with absolute proof Sungold can complete a deal. Investors are still keenly aware that its been over 6 years and Sungold has yet to consummate a single deal. There's just so many times investors can get burned with hype and broken promises before they realize it's just smarter to wait for a sod turning ceremony and actually in that regard I've personally advised friends and others not to buy into Sungold until that happens. They'll have to pay a premium for their shares but at least its better than buying shares on just hype. Now I'm getting to the part that makes me nervous. IMO, the shares being bought for under $1.00 are mostly being bought by speculators. I've been following the daily trading summaries for the month of March and there is evidence pointing towards speculators who are accumulating large amounts of shares usually in 10K & 20K blocks of shares with each transaction. My fellow shareholders we have a volatile situation building here because even though we have a increase in daily volume, we have only a fractional increase in the share price. Technically speaking, this is a very unsettling situation. Speculators are heavily betting on a increase in the share price this week when the feasibility news is release to the public. This will give them the opportunity to sell into the rally. In other words, the facts are pointing towards a pump and dump scenario. But what really makes me nervous is what if the feasibility NR turns out to be a non-event and the share price stays in the 75 cent range. Then angry speculators could end up dumping their Sungold shares at any price causing a massive sell off and dropping Sungold shares back to the 50 cent range. Of course this is a remote scenario but it could happen. Sungold can mitigate the actions of the speculators by ensuring that the pending feasibility NR is very detailed and concise to the extend that it leaves no doubt to anyone that the Theme Park will happen. A simple one page NR won't suffice. Kim, just a friendly word of advice, if it requires 10 pages to explain everything to shareholders, then do it!!! Give us details on the projected revenue, financing, etc. There has to be enough detailed information to create excitement and generate lots of buying interest and maybe this will even encourage present shareholders to keep their shares and entice them to buy more! Kim, now is not the time to be playing guessing games with shareholders! Now its time for you to step up to the plate and show everyone your business acumen. This is your moment!...........show us the money! You da Man Kim......................You da Man!!!!!!!!!!!!
