You have to do your DD <g>. Seriously, a lot of restaurants (Chains or airport bars, for example) farm out the brewing. Sam Adams has done it a lot and may still do (hardly micro, though). Sierra Nevada never has. <The label keeps falling off I love it, so home brewed like.> Stop...you're torturing me. <g> For some strange reason, I really crave a beer this week. ????? D.
