Ari,

Great to see that private placement final close. When it was announced back on January 18th the share price was actually lower than the private placement price so these groups were willing to pay a premium for their shares, looks like a really smart move now <g>. I asked the company why it took this long to close the private placement and was told that doing a private placement to investors outside of Canada in U.S funds normally takes this long because of all the additional paper work the CDNX demands.

Noticed that the top buyer of the private placement was the Chelverton Fund Ltd (468,000 shares).

"Chelverton Fund specialises in microcap stocks investing on behalf of high net worth individuals in equity markets around the world. Since inception, the Chelverton Fund has out-performed the FT-SE by over 100%"

The manager of the Chelverton Fund is James Morton. Mr Morton is also a director of Investments at European America Securities and according to his bio has 20 years in financial services sector spanning commercial banking, corporate finance and investment management in over 16 separate countries. Mr. Morton is also the author on several books on Global Investing including his most recent one ?Investing with the Grand Masters?. global-investor.com

I haven't found anything yet on the second largest buyer, Denise Pastra-Riggs, but it was nice to see insiders buying again (Toby Chu, third largest buyer - 325,336 shares).

Best Regards
KEITH
