And you may be like me -- who is getting "in jail" timestamps on NEW VIRGIN accounts opened in January which NEVER even got IPOs to flip in the first place!! Yet have been getting "jail" timestamps since beginning March when ET began penalizing flippers. ET is screwing up somewhere. ANYONE ELSE HAVING THIS PROBLEM??? >Time stamps for in jail on the SABA are 12:02 12:03 12:04 . Time stamps for clean accounts for DJ on SABA are 12:06 12:07 12:08 12:09. If you sold a IPO anytime since the new jail enforcement then you got the early stamp and are in jail unless someone got the early stamp last ipo and then got allocated this time . If you got and have not sold any ipo you got the later stamp. check your own accounts if you don't believe me. Stamps for NMTC jail accounts are 1:12 1:13 1:14 clean accounts came out at 1:22 1:23 1:24 .Allocation time stamps for NMTC out at 1:05. These numbers based on a bunch of us in a club just for your information.

I think you have a good point, after reviewing my accounts I come up with this. My account that flipped FIRE, which should be out of jail received the early dj NMTC at 1:14, SABA at 12:03, 2 accounts that have sold after holding for the 30 days also received early dj's, NMTC at 1:14 and SABA at 12:03. My other accounts that are all holding ipo's and have never sold or flipped anything got the late dj's NMTC at 1:24, SABA at 12:10. Allocation notices, NMTC at 1:06, SABA at 12:01. Looks like etrade is indeed blackballing accounts that sell their ipo's regardless of how long you hold them....
