Does that mean you can finally afford that trailer and 1/4 acre plot of land in Silicon Valley?

There's a Santa Clara County ordinance that says you have to put a 6000 sq. ft. house on 1/4 acre. I think Scumbria said he has an Eichler on a 6000 sq. ft. lot, which must be worth over 1/2 megabuck.
