You are certainly correct about the day to day values. I meant to imply what I thought theoretically and my long term experience indicates that these values ultimately play themsslves out though admittedly I have lost my patience with them at times and occasionally-the values do sort themselves out by the price of the subsidiary tumbling. This is more unique situation in my view as it is less apparent what the value of the cege operating entity is as compared to the value of ABGX. But I would contend that even someone who likes ABGX might consider CEGE as a less volatile safer way to invest in ABGX. A similar situation to
CEGE is ALSC where the current market value of its public holdings is much less than the value of its stock so that its core business has a signficant negative value. I can't help but believe that those values will ultimately sort themselves out.
