TI2, I am still following it from the days before the merger with Electrotech, some of my first posts on SI was a prediction of the company's demise. If you think that Curly was giving me a hard time on CYMI (when I was predicting $13 as a low in the bottom of the cycle, a factor of 2 of what it really reached <g>), then you have seen nothing. The bulls on TRKN would not let go and not listen to any rational arguments based purely on the weakened financial condition of the merged companies. That was a "fight" in which Carl R. was the lonely supporter of my position. Mind you, there was no joy in seeing my analysis vindicated, since I failed to persuade many of the investors to abandon ship before it sank. Now, after a 1 for 10 reverse split, some rationalization of products and finances, and if indeed their low k solution gains acceptance, it might be worth looking at. I have a very small position that cost almost nothing (when it was selling for pennies in January of last year), which I bought based on the restructuring and Infineon's interest in the low k material. A pure speculation. I am not recommending TRKN at current prices, but watching to see if they can revive. There are so few Semi Equip companies in Europe that the governments there are bending their back to get them on their feet, and I count on this, less than "free enterprise", attitude to finally get them out of the gate.
