Ron: Thanks for your reply. I think we're looking at a dead duck here. This company goes way beyond the limits of BS. In my opinion there was out and out fraud involved. My only consolation at this point is that the Executives paid themselves off in worthless stock options. I have written this company off as a total loss for my Taxes. At least that has some value. Small consolation for the losses. Good luck.
