Anyone see a possible bear flag developing on the Naz? The declining volume during these past few up days points to trouble ahead. This happened in 1998, I remember it very clearly. We had a good washout and it seemed in the next few days that we were off to the races but the bear flag with declining volume came true and we undercut the first big decline. HiTech
