techtonicbull,

Obviously you are a bear on Msft and a bull on Sunw. That's fine as long as we know where you are coming from. I see your favorite stocks are Sunw,Csco,Orcl and AOL. All those companies have been allegedly "injured" by Msft. Right?

The only thing I find unusual is that you as a financial consultant to a "major brokerage" feel it's necessary to post anti-microsoft remarks here. I find that very unprofessional. Perhaps you would like to tell this thread which "major brokerage" you are consulting with. That would be very interesting so please disclose the name of the brokerage firm. Full disclosure of one's motives really paints a complete picture. Help us out Mr. Consultant. Remember that the SEC monitors these sites.

Ted

Mike if you want to ride this ship down, be my guest. I think it deplorable, which will create a very disappointing situation for
shareholders due to the liability that MSFT has subjected its holder to. If you know something substantial about MSFT's case, and if
you feel confident about an overturn of the ruling, I would welcome an explanation.<

Microsoft NEVER lost at DC Court of Appeal yet. The true fact is that DC Court of Appeal already ruled against Judge Jackson order on the issue of IE in Win98. DC Court of Appeal reinstated that MSFT should be allowed to include IE in Win98 and that is the fact. Therefore, Judge Jackson wants to bypass DC Court of Appeal for this case not because of the consumer interest but NOT TO HAVE HIS ASS BEING KICKED AGAIN by DC Court of Appeal.

Mike
