It wasn't frivolous, anyway. It had a distinct purpose. It was intended to stifle free speech. And for many would-be speakers, it was an effective way to shut them up. Anyway, in the end, the bad guy lost again. Well.......the bad guy lost the battle......time will tell who wins the war. Unfortunatly we know of one who has choosen silence due to situations such as this. One less voice of reason in a sea of self promotion. I wonder why we don't see frivoulous lawsuits against those who shamelessly promote and misrepresent garbage out of self interest. Unfortunatly lawsuits such as this aren't frivoulous, they are dammaging and are effective in supressing free speech......particularly from those who have nothing to gain from expressing their opiniion and are the ones who have the most to offer in terms of a objective view.
