I think this time I goofed. I have got LU May 70 calls at $2 7/8 . Now they are worth $1 1/2 . My thinking was that the expiration date happens on May 18. Earnings report happens 4/24. I was hoping that LU will pop up to $75+ because of good earnings report and then I will be able to cash my call at gain. But it seems that earnings are just 2 weeks away, but LU does not move up. I guess that I have spread myself too thin. which just proves 1 more time, buying cheap close options is almost same as just throwing money in garbage can.
