MyTrack and their customers, Wow! thought i would return to see if things improved, i see some terrible instances here. Stuff customers of any company should not have to go through or experiance. Since its the weekend, i would suggest customers that feel like they are not getting the level of service they rightfully deserve to spend some time researching a new service. IMO, anyone trading after reading some of these users experiances is just asking for trouble. Has multiple ways to search criteria of your choice. smartmoney.com Mytrack, remember with the advent of the net, traders meet and talk. Word will get around what kind of outfit your running and how your service is no matter how much you advertise on CNBC etc. Wouldnt it make sense spending $$ on your infrastructure to get it up to 100% before advertising then work on increasing your customer base?
