Sherry Garber, Sr. Vice President of Semico, is a renowned authority in semiconductor memories. She has over 25 years of semiconductor experience with industry knowledge that includes program management, manufacturing, R&D at the systems level, strategic marketing, international business management and customer service.


Before joining Semico in 1995, Sherry was Sr. VP of Operations for In-Stat, a market research company. Sherry held management positions with Siemens Corporation, GTE Corporation and Rogers Corporation. All Rambus has is their intellectual property. And if they can't prove that it's their intellectual property, I would think
that would have a serious impact on Rambus."


I tend to agree with you. While Garber may have the credentials she has made a statement that she is trying to pass off as fact when it is only her opinion. So in that respect I agree with you.
