Believe it or not, right here at the bottom of this page... on SI.... It is Free. Type in stock symbol and change the window to Charts.
And you can use any variety of indicators you want. I set up Candlesticks, with Bollinger Bands... and for indicators I use Volume, Stochastics, MACD, and OBV.
If I key into something, I look at 120 month chart, 120 week chart, 120 day chart and 120 sixty minute chart.... and occasionally 120 fifteen minute chart. You can see both short and long term trends.

I think if you read a lot of books on TA and look at lots and lots of charts, you can get a strong instinct for some moves before they happen.
Not all charts give a definite reading, but in general, if you combine TA with what is happening on the boards and in the fundamentals, you can get a very good feel for some things.

Hope that helps.
