Robert, we'll never really know what Larry's game is, or Zeev's for that matter. His pretense that he completely follows the SEC filings for his DD is just a disguise. Moreover, anyone who would evaluate stocks on that basis alone is a half-wit, grossly naive, or a liar. He knows the only way to counter the reality of the Valence potential is to quote the disclaimers and scream "fire". His connection to the short coalition was easily discerned in a Yahoo post he made on the eve of the drop from 29. I believe he's a genuine phony, that he's here to stimulate doubt and apprehension, that his statements are all by design and aimed at a goal that's destructive to Valence, its management, and ultimately its shareholders.

Hi Robert, this morning I noticed Larry had posted after you did, but suspiciously overlooked your simple question about his posting on Yahoo. Although somewhat circumstantial, this is further evidence that the SI "Larry Brubaker" and Yahoo "nowaynohow" entities are one in the same (not to mention the similar posting style and coincident posting activity).

Not that he is accountable to me (or anyone else for that matter), but after drawing sufficient attention to his motives on Yahoo he finally admitted to being short Valence. Curiously this was right before the short attack on the stock, possibly a moment of weakness brought about on the elixir of gloating satisfaction of what he knew was about to occur.

FWIW, I fully support you in your quest to get a definitive answer on whether Larry is posting as "nowaynohow" on Yahoo. Most people who cross-post under different ID's are open about it, certainly having no pretense about it when asked directly, so I think any reluctance to answer such a simple question should be viewed with great suspicion.

All IMHO...regards,
Gary Smith
