Howdy Joan, Can you believe the crap that has been put on this board?
Lets review FACTS not twisted OPINIONS.
1) Sarkie in her profile (which is now changed) talked about her "DAUGHTER" who she stated was her 9 years old DAUGHTER. Sarkie if you didn't do this sue me. Since you did do this and this is a fact, take a hike and you can stick your lawyer threats up your flapping anus or mouth (one and the same as you are talking $hit). Don't threaten me because you can't handle the truth and because you LIED on your profile. Don't post any more non-factual libel statements about me.
2) And what is this BULL$HIT that children are off limits? I'm talking about Sarkie, not her granddaughter.
3) Sarkie has put in print personal family information on SI's public boards. I've only repeated what she has said. How would I ever know Sarkie has a real daughter and a granddaughter she has called her daughter if Sarkie had not posted the information on a public board? DAH!
4) Sarkie, let's cut the stupid steve lower case threats.
I folded AOL's busiest PF board (a board I started, with direct help from AOL, I even named the board).
I made AOL not use the name of the board.
The name of the board and the model were my intellectual property.
I am the only non-AOL person that I have ever known, that named an AOL board (and used a really funny name to do it). What does that tell you? What a joke, threats using steve lower case. Doubleplusgood LOL.
I banished AOL not the other way around as Sarkie's non-factual dribble would have people believe.
5) AOL did harass and censor Joana, Mooon, Sunny, myself and several others, all were paying members of AOL's (we have the print outs to prove it).
6) I was APOLOGIZED to for the way we were treated on AOL. You only apologize when you have done something wrong. BTW, an apology is like admitting to wrong doing, I'm sure AOL's lawyers know that. You apologize when you have done something wrong as any jury knows.
AOL asked me and the gang to stay and I told them to kiss my A$$ and I moved the board and people from AOL to SI.
7) The only reason I didn't sue AOL at the time was that my Wife was in her treatment for breast cancer and I didn't want the press to stress her out.
8) AOL can't possibly want to run up the flag pole that they harassed and censored paying members. And I would not make a statement that AOL harassed and censored paying members if it were not FACT (and myself and others had printers going before AOL tired to cover their tracks). If it isn't true then steve lower case would sue me but you can sue when someone states a FACT.
9) steve lower case is a public figure and that means he will take public heat when he runs a look good on the backs of dead children, while his company makes a deal with howard stern. howard stern, a guy who at the same steve was making deals, was on the air stating that the gun punks at Columbine should of had sex with our children before they killed them.
10) Sarkie going to bat for and threatening me with steve lower case and his lawyers? BIRDS OF A FEATHER. Anyone else running a look good and using a child to do it?
11) I have been harassed with a passive-aggressive threat against my family, hang up phone calls, etc. The games are over, a threat to my family was where the game ended, I'm not playing any more.
For the record I will state that due to my military experience, I don't take threats well. I will also state that Uncle Sam specially trained some of us. I served with the best there is and our job was to kill a threat, not put up with it.
Uncle Sam never de-programmed his very best trained troops. Why? Because you can't, once you train someone, brain wash them to react a certain way, that's is how they react.
So as you can see, threatening myself or my family is a very stupid thing to do and very stupid for SI Bob and SI to allow. In a court of law GNET may be libel as they permit and promote violations of their own TOU. All of Bob's double standards in my experience, have promoted harassment.
I would like to publicly state that I've made several phone calls to GNET, GNET legal, wrote to Bryan, Russell and SI Bob but yet SI allows SI to be used as a tool in harassment and threats. GNET is a partner in this harassment and threats as far as I'm concerned.
I have a threat issued to my family, I'll take care of the threat if SI won't. If someone ends up hurt, I'll sue Russell, Bryan, SI Bob, GNET's lawyer, SI and GNET. And unlike others, when I say I'll sue, I'm not talking out my a$$. I have been a peaceful person since the 70s, why? Because no one has threatened myself or my family. It would seem if I handle a threat, I was pushed to do so, as thirty peaceful years proves.
It is truly sad that a few people would take SI from being a community where stock information is passed, and turn it into a playpen of gossip, harassment, chit chat and a home for those who harass others.
Myself and others no longer post stock picks, market calls, etc. on SI. We share via PM and we are still having fun while making money.
Shame others got killed in this market but they are not part of my SI community so I could really care less. Serves them right.
I've got better things to do so I shall close. Trouble makers and those that live in a make believe world, don't go away mad, just go away.
SI Bob, in business when you say you are going to do something, you do it. In business you don't LIE.
