Burt, I am a bit confused with the following scenario.

Based on how various DRM's (IBM, MSFT, ITRU, Reciprocal)are positioning in entertainment, IMO, companies similar to eDig will be offered incentives to get their expertise. I would expect these business models will be offered more by the growing # of web sites that are pushing content and add-on sales (graphics) etc. and want to be certain they are in sync with various handhelds and home systems for customer access.

I guess what I don't understand is how could e.Digital help Intertrust in such a way that would make Intertrust want to give e.Dig a piece of their revenues. Could you please give me a hypothetical example?
