Not getting good vibes from this. Are we to expect that he woke up one morning and decided "I wanna go back home to Denver?" If this was true, that he was in the job for the initial build out and a planned replacement action was contemplated, why wouldn't the company have started an executive search in advance, so they didn't have to use someone else as a gap filler?... when the company is supposedly "expanding'" so much and doing great things?

``John agreed to take FNet's helm at a time when his experience and knowledge were most valuable. His contributions were significant, but his home remains in Denver, and he elected to pursue special projects rather than the day-to-day leadership of the company,' said Frank Peters, Chairman and CEO of Franklin Telecommunications Corp.

``During the next 90 days, we will undergo an executive search for a new FNet president,' commented Ericson.
