Both Cenegal and One.tel will go 3G in their home markets....I would assume that the contracts apply.

For some reason I cant access the link that you posted....but I think I remember reading it. One comment....I think that it was reported (maybe in an interview?) that NTT Docomo's initial commercial service of W-CDMA would be at 64kbps. If I can find the article, I will post it...
