I think the chance that MSFT may be stopped from committing monopolistic adventures, thus benefiting the entire technological community, is a perception that is now being felt. That is why I feel there is a perception that MSFT's loss is SUNW's gain. This has to impact SUNW's stock price. I personally feel there is a blood vendetta between Gates and McNealy. Two huge egos slugging it out. Now if McNealy could just keep his mouth shut and savor the victory ... that would be a good thing. JMHO.
