Yes, they do.

Funny how the privacy hysteria hasn't acted up again. Maybe it's because Intel isn't promoting the serial number for "secure" Internet transactions anymore. Oh well, guess it's all for the better. I never thought using the serial number in that way was good enough for security. (Ask me later if you want me to explain.)

Well, the new Celerons are certainly built off of the same Coppermine core. I'm not sure whether the Celeron is just a Coppermine w/ half its cache disabled, or whether it really is a smaller version of Coppermine. Cutting off half the cache is going to save 15% in die size, but that's about it.
