Following up on the Terabeam site terabeam.com
After viewing the learn more about Terabeam and their system I have a few questions, maybe some one on the thread has some answers. Using optical IR (infared) technology isn't so new, but the improved bandwidth is where it is at. I assume they are using IR in the 1000nm range, or the near to far IR at least, what about problems caused by snow, rain, temperature inversion and fog? These would knock out IR on a bad day and could cause major interruptions in the service. This must have been addressed, I just haven't seen anything yet. Any one read anything here? TIA.

Regards,

CED
