and don't forget to vacuum inside the case

[disclaimer: do so carefully, don't actually touch sensitive parts, turn the pc off first (but keep it plugged in to keep the case grounded), ground yourself by touching an unpainted metal part of the case. if you use a compressed gas product, be sure to hold the can upright while spraying so as not to dispense excess liquid. most of these products have directions that say DO NOT SHAKE, but i find that has more to do with whether i've had my coffee than anything else. remember to remove the front bezel of the case, not just the side panel. if you have pets, and you haven't cracked your case in awhile, you may be surprised by what you discover in there!]
