I appreciate the invitation, but I would never impose myself on someone I respect. Most of my habits, such as cigars, are simply unacceptable to most civilized persons.

I will, however, be happy to buy you a round of golf or an evening at the local tavern where the touristas don't go. Or both. In fact, I would prefer to do both.
