Thread, So Kevin Landis (a 3% owner) said publicly that he would vote against the deal. We need to hear from groups like Sanford Bernstein (a 10% owner). I'm surprised that we haven't seen a dozen announcements on yahoo from law firms saying that they were filing suits against Seagate. I hope they start appearing soon. The CC should be a hoot. Let's hear how badly the company is doing to merit a sale at .3 PSR on depressed revenues and earnings.
