I just looked at new products page at Samsung. They have engineering samples of 288 MB RDRAM chips and 256 through 512 MB RIMM modules as of Feb 1. This should push immensely the market share for RDRAM in desktops for a variety of reasons. Lower cost per MB, 1 RIMM assembled solutions and higher overall capacities.

They don't seem to be announcing any new products with PC133 or DDR memory.
