Video-on-Demand, Tele-commerce and storage,

I know video-on-demand never has taken a hold yet, but there are slow signs that VOD maybe coming of age. As the following link,http://www.kagan.com/screen/broadband/broadband_page.html#vod (check out the section, This week in VOD) and the coming National Association of Broadcasting NAB conference (this week) show, VOD, Interactive TV may have its glory after all.
Obviously, one of the more critical component of VOD is storage. EMC said yesterday that they are going to supply an EastCoast TV station with all the storage needs for their foray into VOD.
What do people here think of Telecommerce. FWIW, my favorite VOD play is a Mass-based company called SeaChange, SEAC. I am also hoping for another of my faves, NTAP, to have some sort of announcement re: video storage to counter EMC's Celerra news.
If this thing really takes off, then the storage needs that we are looking at now, may be nothing compared to what will be in demand in the next 3/4 years.

Cheers
