Very good concerns and quite true. When we test the Nasdaq low, the timing is just perfect [Summer Volume dryup + pending Fed meeting] for slipping into recession.

The REIT strategy is dependent upon us NOT slipping into a true recession. Should that happen, we would need to create a new strategy altogether. . . we'll cross that bridge when we near it. . . but I don't think we'll need to. . .

And remember that part of our strategy for the selloff is to short-sell techs and/or QQQ [easier due to ability to short on up or down tick]. . .and/or other index stocks. . . this strategy will hold up well if it all deepens and turns really ugly. Let's hope it doesn't get that bad.
