Just a reminder.
The deadline for Barrick is actually a year from now. That is when they would have had to spend the $400,000+. They could actually do nothing for that year and give the property back then.

Also, the real value of Diablillos depends on drilling other sites beside the Occulto. As we all know, PFG is not interested in this right now.
