Thank you for pointing out the inability in STRR's past management. From a consultant's perspective, any company is savable. Refocus, reduction to core business, refinancing the assets, Sell more preferred stock, etc.; all will work if you go out of the office to make the right contact.

If CDT is profitable, that is a nice core business. Growth can be had in Indiana and all the adjacent states or the Federal government jobs.

If it is Powerscan, the revenue billing methods should be look at to get profitability. How to charge for the software is the key. One time or yearly renewal of license? One site license or seat licenses yearly? Off the shelf software may be charged for each computer installed? One hard copy each? I am using one flat bed scanner that uses Powerscan software; but did powerscan collect the license fee?

The problem is not STRR can not be saved, but will Bob Compton make a decision where to start? If Powerscan has programmers, will he start a new programming language? He had chosen reduction of staff. We wish him the best of luck to balance the expenses, but we also wish him to choose a growth plan, sooner than later.

Looks like there is plenty of time left for Bob to make a few calls?

Even total write offs will build a tax shelter for some one?
