cb, the increased number of authorized shares by 1B could be for future acquisitions as well... however, what dilutive effect, if any, will that have on the underlying ? I have no idea... I leave that to the more knowledgeable individuals...

Yes, a split. Now we just need a stock price to justify a split. I see that coming too in near term if the market cooperates with the news DW is hinting about.
