PMS Witch: Those are excellent questions. It's that sort of genuine permeating questioning you brought forth that can only serve to illuminate or frustrate the mind on the other side. With perseverance it would seem likely the frustration will have to give in to logic eventually. It's nice to see that he didn't capitulate with his feet to the alleged settlement proposal based upon their conditions thus far, and maybe within that scope therein we have knowledge of what his true position and answers would be to this type of questioning if "push came to shove". On a different topic, I would like to retract all my assertions that I have made to you and Dwight E.K. in regards to the relevance of charts in investment decisions. I have since then, become more educated on this subject and have been proven wrong. Albeit not a perfect indicator, it can be a constructive one for predicting future price action based upon historical action, along with the possible transparency it may render amongst insiders at play.
